Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
FlipSignal subscriptions and scan credits are digital products. Once used, these digital products may be non-refundable. Unused scan credits and active subscriptions may be eligible for refund consideration on a case-by-case basis.
2. App Store Purchases
If you purchased your FlipSignal subscription or credits through Google Play or the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by the respective app store's refund policies and systems.
- Google Play: Request refunds through Google Play Store > Account > Order History, or visit Google Play Refunds
- Apple App Store: Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com
FlipSignal does not have control over app store refund decisions. Please contact the respective app store for refund requests on purchases made through their platforms.
3. Direct Purchases
If payment was made directly through FlipSignal (not through an app store), refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@getflipsignal.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Incorrect estimates or pricing suggestions
- Failed sales or items that did not sell
- Changes in marketplace conditions or demand
- User decisions about listing, pricing, or selling items
- Dissatisfaction with marketplace performance
- Scan credits that have already been used
- Subscription time that has already elapsed
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app store where you purchased it. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
